Bright Red Cortendorf? Parrot

I know what you're thinking, it looks like Poole doesn't it? The Poole experts on one of the e-bay boards looked at it and said it was probably West-German.

It does look West-German with that bright glaze. There's an impressed mark on the base: '297B'. The '7' being crossed. Possibly Cortendorf?

It's damaged but I thought I'd show it to you anyway as, like me, it's a bit different.
